How far can
this house go?

Most people ring a builder with one job in mind, then find the house had more in it than that. Slade take houses on the Wicklow and Dublin border up all four steps.

Attic conversion

The floor area is already up there. It just has no stairs yet, and a roof structure that was never asked to hold a bedroom. That is the whole job.

The half of the job nobody photographs

Structural openings, roof structure, drainage, the bits that decide whether the finish lasts. A design and build contract means one team carries all of it, and one number to hold them to.

One contract, start to handover

Slade run a complete design and build service with a team of skilled craftsmen and supplier relationships built up across Ireland.

  • Domestic and commercial. Houses on the border counties, plus commercial fitouts and civil works.
  • Design carried through. The people who price it are the people who build it.
  • A family company. You deal with Wes or Wayne, not an account manager.
